Why does your sewout look good but ours are in the opposite?
Sewout may be quite different from two embroidery machines, using the same digitizing file. From our experience, the followings might be factors that cause the difference:
. Fabric material.
. Human skill
. Setting up of an embroidery machine, like speed,
. Age of an embroidery machine - very new, or very old.
Different brands may or may not be a reason. The digitizing file may be customized somehow to offset such difference, if scan or digital image of your sewout is provided.

Yes. We provide one free sewout scan for orders paid for $2/1000stitches. Sewouts are produced on a Tajima single head machine.
